Nova Scotia Driving License Upgrade:

The Government of Nova Scotia provides this facility to all the residents who are having the driving license. NS license holders can upgrade their existing license by using this facility. To upgrade the present NS license you have to pay the fees of $ 53 for the road test.

  • Visit your nearest Registry of Motor Vehicles office.
  • Take the application form for which class you want to upgrade.
  • Fill the application form and pay the prescribed fees.
  • Fees can be paid by cash or money order or cheque or credit card or debit card.
  • Submit the application form. After the successful submission of your application form, you will get a receipt, save the receipt for further reference.
  • You have to show the receipt during the time of your test.

Upgrade Nova Scotia Driving License to Class 1 Driving License:

  • Applicant’s age must be 19 years or above.
  • Applicant must have 1-year experience with class 5 license.
  • Applicant must pass the Class 1 written test.
