Yukon Drivers License:
The Government of Yukon Province issuing secure driver’s license and secure general identification cards to all the eligible residents of Yukon Province. Such issued secured driver’s license and general identification card will be more convenient for a holder while driving and travelling because it features secured measures against the identity theft and also prevents the holder from the tampering of photo and date of birth. Apart from driving and travelling the Yukon Government issued driver’s license and general identification cards helps the holder in all the Government & private works for proving the holder’s identity, age, date of birth, place of residence, signature etc.

The Government of Yukon issues driver’s License with a validity period of 5 years. It is the responsibility of the driver’s license holder to renew the existing driver’s license before it gets expired. The Government of Yukon allows the residents of Yukon province to renew their existing driver’s license before six months. And the Government of Yukon allows up to 2 years, to renew the driver’s license after the expiry date.
- Select a nearest Motor Vehicles Office.
- Visit the selected Motor Vehicles Office along with your driver’s license, residence proof document and fees.
- Take a form from the office to renew your driver’s license.
- Fill the application form, pay the prescribed fees to take the photo and submit the filled application form.
- Fees can be paid through cash, credit card, Debit card, money order, cheque etc.
- After the successful submission of your application form, you will get a temporary driver’s license.
- And the original renewed driver’s license will be sent to you by mail.
